About This Experience
Beyond Arctic's winter hike pairs the canyon with a photography guide: you hike through Nordic forest to the frozen falls, and afterwards receive a collection of edited photos from the day.
The group stops at a lean-to where the guide builds a fire and prepares a light lunch. Warm clothing, winter boots, a backpack and BBQ gear are all included, and groups stay small.
Meet at the Beyond Arctic office at Valtakatu 21, Rovaniemi, 15 minutes before the start; hotel pickup is also offered. Minimum age 8.

This small group tour is great! The guide who is also our photographer knows where and how to take beautiful unlimited photos for all of us. Besides the stunning frozen waterfalls, this tour provides hot berry juice and BBQ lunch (sausages and buns). You get to BBQ your own food as well in the snowy woods which is another experience!
